Somali Language Classes

Somali as Second Language Classes   On December 1rst 2012, we will start offering Somali as a second language classes in Cedar Riverside, Minneapolis, MN 55454. These classes are designed to help gain conversational level for those users who have an interest in communicating in the Somali language. This course will greatly benefit the public in general however it is of particular use to those who provide essential services such as medical, social, firefighter, law enforcement, courts, teachers, childcare, housing, insurance, customer service and any field that serves the large Somali community of Minnesota. It will help increase your cultural understanding: Whether you have interests in Somali food, film, art, music, history or religion – your knowledge will be enhanced by taking this course. This Somali language courses will help you achieve basic communication and greater understanding with your Somali clients, neighbors and friends .   Classes are scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays 1.30pm – 3.30pm. 5.30 – 8.00pm Classes are scheduled for 5.30pm – 8.30pm on one weekday. ****Schedule is subject to the feedback of the majority of the students. First course is three months stretch.
